Infos and Instructions:

100 possible frequencies (0-99) (configurable)
-1 is not a usable frequency
only 2 teleporters can use the same frequency
before you can teleport again, leave the teleporter for a second (it needs a cooldown)
mobs can teleport too

3. put the downloaded jar-file into the mods-folder (don’t install the mods into minecraft.jar!)
